Set in a peaceful, nurturing environment, you'll be guided through a holistic experience that nourishes body, mind, and soul.
Stay in a serene 1 BHK suite, and flow through daily morning and evening yoga sessions designed to detox, align, and re-energize you. Our program includes mindful movement, morning prayers, evening satsangs, and wholesome, nourishing meals prepared with love.
Whether you’re seeking a fresh start, deeper self-connection, or simply a pause from the noise — this retreat offers space to slow down, reflect, and realign. You'll leave not only feeling lighter and renewed, but with a simple, personalized yoga routine you can carry back home — rooted in proper alignment and mindful practice.

Gather in the Yoga Shala (Practice Morning Ritual)

Morning Yoga Class
(Hatha/Vinyasa Flow + breathwork)

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Wholesome Breakfast
(Nourishing, high-fiber and protein-rich vegetarian meals.)

10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Free Time
(Options: journaling, reading, nature walks, Beach, creative activities, swimming, massages.)

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Silent Reflection / Optional Workshop
(Sound healing/self-inquiry journaling, or group sharing circles.)

2:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Afternoon Snack
(Light and energizing—fruit, smoothie, nuts, herbal tea.)

 

2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Free Time Or 1 on 1 Session
(goal setting/vision boarding or simple rest.)

6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Evening Yoga Class
(Hatha/Vinyasa/Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra followed by a short meditation.)

 

7:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Evening Circle (optional)
(Gratitude practice, Satsangs, intention setting, or storytelling.)

Dinner
